Meet Dr. Michael Colarusso (Brownsburg, IN)

Michael Colarusso, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in May 1995. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University at Long Beach in May 1991.

He chose to pursue optometry after encouragement from a friend and inspiration from his undergraduate studies. What he enjoys most about being an optometrist is educating patients on how systemic conditions, such as diabetes, can impact their eye health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Colarusso enjoys playing poker and spending time at the lake. He speaks English and some Spanish.
